This original family recipe uses gluten free Vodka to enhance the flavor of the tomatoes and to bind the ingredients together creating a thick, luscious marinara sauce. The alcohol cooks out while the flavors develop. Add heavy cream if desired for a creamy, more traditional vodka marinara.
